All-ceramic restorations fabricated on Dentsply Sirona’s CEREC systems have proved themselves millions of times in clinical practice. To fulfill the highest standards in terms of quality and machinability we are continuously developing high-performance materials and accessories which are tailored to our design software and our CEREC milling and grinding units.
Benefits of CEREC materials
Unlimited compatibility with Dentsply Sirona’s milling units
Specific and validated machining parameters for each material
Materials are optimally compatible with the milling and grinding process for high-quality restorations
Zirconium dioxide
CEREC Zirconia – For full contour chairside zirconia
The greatest benefit of CEREC Zirconia is the high flexural strength of the material. It is suitable for individual crowns as well as small bridges and can be processed in thin wall thicknesses. Since these restorations are manufactured in monolithic form, there is no risk of chipping. Another benefit for dentists is that zirconium oxide can be cemented conventionally.
CEREC Zirconia is a pre-shaded translucent zirconium oxide available in 10 shades on the basis of the VITA Classic Shade Guide®. The material is milled in an enlarged form and then densely sintered to its final size in the new sintering furnace CEREC SpeedFire. The oversized milling facilitates a new level of milling accuracy leading to superb, precisely fitting restorations. The sintering process takes just 10-15 minutes for crowns and 25 minutes for bridges. The subsequent glaze firing gives the restoration a high gloss finish. The material is available in two sizes (mono L and medi S).

With the launch of CEREC SpeedFire and the CEREC Zirconia workflow, Dentsply Sirona has established a fast path to chairside zirconium dioxide. Now this innovative approach has been transferred to another attractive field of dental medicine: screw-retained crowns.
The high-performance material zirconium dioxide stands out in this context mainly due to its exceptionally high biocompatibility with the oral mucosa, which enables the gingiva to restore itself faster to the restoration - thereby avoiding gingivitis, irritation or even inflammation of the mucous membrane. CEREC Zirconia meso allows you to provide your patients with first-class screw-retained zirconia crowns in just one session.
The block is offered in the shades A1, A2, A3 and A3,5 and fits all Dentsply Sirona TiBases.

Sintered zirconium oxide ceramic for bridge frameworks
The partially sintered inCoris ZI blocks are designed for the fabrication of crown copings as well as anterior/posterior bridge frameworks with up to two pontics. The frameworks are initially milled to an excess size. After they have been sintered, they acquire the desired characteristics (precise dimensions, density, strength, shade).
Highly translucent sintered zirconium oxide ceramic for non-veneered restorations
inCoris TZI allows CEREC users with Premium Software to fabricate anatomically sized crowns and bridges with up to nine units. Thanks to its high degree of translucency, inCoris TZI does not require any additional veneering, and thus offers a cost-effective and more aesthetic alternative to non-veneered and partially veneered metal restorations.
Resemble natural tooth enamel with regard to shading, strength and abrasion resistance
Can be placed immediately after polishing
CEREC Blocs C
Enamel-like-properties for inlays, onlays, veneers and fully anatomical crowns
CEREC Blocs C are optimized for use for inlays, partial crowns, and veneers. CEREC Blocs C guarantee a very good color integration into the residual tooth tissue of restorations and also have a clinical survival rate of 90% after 10 years.
CEREC Blocs C PC
For natural-looking anterior and posterior crowns
CEREC Blocs C PC are optimized for the use in crowns; with their three different layers based on varying degrees of color saturation (chroma) they can be optimally adapted to characteristic color gradients in restorations with respect to translucency and intensity. And all of this in Vita classical colors A1C-A3,5C.

InCoris CC is a sintered metal based on a CoCr alloy, which, as in the known process of the zirconium oxide, is first of all sharpened and then densely sintered in an oven (inFire HTC speed) under an argon atmosphere. By eliminating the time-consuming and complex modeling, casting and brittle steps, InCoris CC is a fast and easy way to provide your patients with high-quality NPM restorations.
