Dentsply Sirona présente DS PrimeTaper, un nouveau système implantaire qui comprend un implant conique moderne, avec des options prothétiques harmonisées et un kit chirurgical et prothétique.
Sa forme conique associée à son double filetage progressif permettent un placement rapide de l'implant grâce à un protocole simplifié. Il peut être utilisé dans les cas de mise en charge immédiate.

L’implant DS PrimeTaper se présente sous forme conique avec un filetage progressif en faveur d’une stabilité primaire recherchée. Ses principales caractéristiques – connexion EV avec Conical Seal Design, OsseoSpeed, MicroThread et Soft Tissue Chamber – sont documentées et cliniquement prouvées avec l’Astra Tech Implant System EV pour le maintien osseux et l’esthetique. 1. Soft Tissue Chamber
Le Soft Tissue Chamber permet d'augmenter la zone de contact et le volume des tissus mous dans l'espace biologique, ce qui maintient l'os marginal sur le long terme. (6,7,8,9)
2. MicroThread
Le Micro-filetage sur le col de l’implant permet une distribution optimale des charges et réduit le pic de stress au niveau de l’os cortical.
Le MicroThread permet une stimulation osseuse biomécanique positive et maintient les niveaux de l’os marginal sur le long terme. (10,11,12)
3. Connexion EV avec conical seal design
La connexion conique du Conical Seal Design permet une mise en place aisée du pilier, en réduisant au minimum les micromouvements et les micro-infiltrations. (13,14,15,16)
4. OsseoSpeed
Surface en titane grenaillée et chimiquement modifiée à l’acide fluoridrique.
Topographie à l’échelle nanométrique pour une stimulation de la cicatrisation osseuse initiale et une accélération du processus d’ostéo-intégration. (16,17,18,19,20,21)
